For private chef services and cooking classes, we recommend booking at least two weeks ahead. Our most popular instructors fill up 3-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend slots.
Yes, we cover most of England and Wales. Travel fees apply outside Greater London—we'll provide a quote based on your location.
Absolutely. All our services can be adapted for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal, and allergy requirements. Just let us know when booking.
Cancellations more than 7 days before receive a full refund. Between 3-7 days, we offer a 50% refund or rescheduling. Less than 3 days, we're unable to refund but can reschedule subject to availability.
More than okay—it's common. Many of our clients have never cooked beyond heating up ready meals. Our teaching approach starts from wherever you are, with no assumptions or judgement.
